Modeling and rendering a living/dining room

In this project I started mainly to modeling all furnitures sent as referency images from my client, 2 angle views were requested at the end;

the dining table with chairs: which is extandable.
The folding door which is a dynamic object.
the sofa and the loveseat.
even the plant vase, the fan and the chandelier.

then I drawn the floor plan in autocad because I had a PDF file support as base for the 2D working.

After that and finaly, I created the cameras and lightings and texturing using vray for 3Ds max.
postproduction with photoshop.
